Building Blox, LLC (“Building Blox,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the privacy of individuals who access our websites, applications, educational resources, and technology services.

This Notice applies to Platform activities as the relevant features become operational. A description of a potential feature does not mean that the feature is currently active.

Depending on the services used, Building Blox may collect:

• Identity and contact information, including names, email addresses, telephone numbers, and geographic preferences.
• Account information, authentication records, and account settings.
• Homebuying preferences, including location, budget, financing readiness, desired property characteristics, purchase timeline, and saved properties.
• Realtor professional information, including licensing details, brokerage affiliation, service areas, and participation status.
• Communications, support inquiries, complaints, and consent records.
• Technical information, including IP addresses, device and browser characteristics, security events, and Platform usage activity.
• Information voluntarily submitted through authorized forms or services.

We request that users avoid submitting Social Security numbers, banking credentials, government identification documents, or other highly sensitive information unless a specifically authorized and appropriately protected process requires it.

We may obtain information directly from users, participating professionals, authorized service providers, Platform interactions, and other lawful sources relevant to the services requested.

We use personal information as reasonably necessary to:

• Operate and secure the Platform.
• Create and administer accounts.
• Provide educational resources and buyer organization tools.
• Store preferences, progress, and saved information.
• Facilitate requested Realtor introductions where available.
• Communicate about requested services and account activity.
• Verify participating professionals.
• Investigate complaints, suspected misuse, and security incidents.
• Maintain operational records and comply with legal obligations.
• Improve services using lawful and appropriately controlled information.

We do not require users to agree to unrelated marketing as a condition of receiving an otherwise available service.

When a buyer affirmatively requests a Realtor introduction, Building Blox may share information reasonably necessary for that request with an eligible participating Realtor or brokerage.

Shared information may include contact details, geographic preferences, homebuying criteria, purchase timeline, financing readiness as voluntarily supplied, and saved-property information the buyer has authorized for sharing.

The Platform shall obtain applicable permissions and identify the intended purpose before disclosure.

A Realtor receiving information is responsible for using it consistently with applicable law, professional obligations, and authorized purposes.

Building Blox may use authorized service providers for hosting, databases, authentication, communications, security, support, analytics, and other legitimate operations.

Service providers are expected to protect personal information and process it consistently with applicable agreements and law.

We do not authorize service providers to use personal information for unrelated purposes merely because they process it on our behalf.

The Platform may use essential technologies required for authentication, security, session management, and basic functionality.

Optional analytics, advertising pixels, or marketing technologies will be subject to applicable disclosures and consent or opt-out requirements.

The identity, purpose, and operation of nonessential technologies must be accurately reflected in the Platform's active cookie disclosures and controls.

Where enabled, automated tools may assist with educational explanations, content organization, buyer preferences, and internal operations.

Building Blox will not intentionally represent simulated or scripted features as live AI services.

Personal information supplied to third-party AI providers will be subject to applicable contractual, security, and privacy controls.

We retain personal information only for periods reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Notice, including account administration, service delivery, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and preservation obligations.

Information no longer reasonably required will be deleted, deidentified, or otherwise handled according to documented retention procedures, subject to lawful exceptions.

Building Blox maintains administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

Measures may include access restrictions, authentication controls, encryption, monitoring, audit records, and vendor oversight.

No information system is guaranteed to be completely secure.

Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, copies of information, or restrictions on certain processing activities.

Individuals may also have rights to appeal certain privacy decisions or opt out of specified processing.

We may take reasonable steps to verify identity before responding and will honor applicable legal deadlines and exceptions.

Users may receive necessary account, security, verification, and requested-service communications.

Where marketing messages are offered, Building Blox will provide legally required consent mechanisms and opt-out instructions.

Opting out of marketing does not necessarily prevent essential service or security communications.

Building Blox accounts and Realtor-introduction services are intended for adults aged 18 and older.

We do not knowingly solicit account registrations from children under 18. If we discover that information was collected from a child in violation of applicable requirements, we will take appropriate steps to address it.

Educational information may be accessible from multiple jurisdictions. Realtor introduction services are available only in expressly supported markets.

Access from another jurisdiction does not mean that Building Blox offers brokerage services or professional introductions there.

We may update this Notice to reflect operational, technological, or legal changes. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
