Building Blox, LLC is a technology and education company, not a licensed real estate brokerage.

Participating Realtors provide professional services through their respective licensed brokerages and remain responsible for their licensing, supervision, agency relationships, representation agreements, professional conduct, and legal compliance.

Building Blox may verify selected professional credentials but does not guarantee future license status, availability, suitability, or transaction results.

Founder Relationship Disclosure: Initial participating Realtors include individuals with family relationships to Building Blox's founder. Laura, the founder's mother, and Rhory, the founder's father, may participate in the initial pilot.

These relationships may create an appearance of preferential treatment. Building Blox will disclose relevant family relationships to affected buyers and will not represent participating Realtors as independent of the founder's family where that would be misleading.

Participation does not establish a brokerage partnership or representation relationship between Building Blox and a buyer.

During the founding pilot, participating Realtors do not pay Building Blox membership, referral, or closing-based fees.

Any future compensation arrangement will require separate authorization and compliance review.
