Complaints, Professional Conduct, and Reassignment Policy

Users may report inaccurate information, suspected discrimination, inappropriate professional conduct, privacy concerns, security incidents, technical problems, or requests for Realtor reassignment.

Reports may be submitted through available Platform support channels or by emailing info@bloxbyblox.com.

Building Blox may review relevant records, request additional information, communicate with participating professionals, restrict access, or refer matters to appropriate authorities.

Realtors may be subject to warnings, temporary restrictions, suspension, or termination depending on the nature and severity of a substantiated violation.

Serious misconduct, licensing concerns, unlawful discrimination, security breaches, or threats to consumer safety may justify immediate protective action without progressive warnings.

Building Blox does not guarantee a particular investigation result, disciplinary outcome, or replacement Realtor.

A Platform reassignment does not terminate an existing buyer representation agreement. Users remain responsible for addressing professional representation agreements directly with the applicable brokerage, subject to law.

Building Blox prohibits retaliation against individuals who make good-faith reports or exercise legally protected rights.
